Strategic Finance Lead – Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (such as Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing) to enhance business outcomes through strategic and analytical support.

• Develop and sustain financial models to project, reconcile, and explain variances across our range of metrics.

• Work alongside our ML modeling team to integrate your models with aggregated ML forecasts.

• Set top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and communicate actual financial performance to Executives and other organizational leaders, and foster accountability for results.

• Create and present scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross-departmental and executive use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in dynamic analytical roles (including strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.).

• Outstanding analytical abilities and the skill to distill complex financial data into clear and concise reports.

• Keen attention to detail combined with the ability to understand the broader context and assess analyses within a strategic business framework.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively navigating cross-functional collaborations and engaging directly with company executives.

• Proficient in Excel (you should be ready for a financial model case study), and comfortable with SQL, Looker, and/or other data visualization tools; knowledge of Python is a plus.
