Strategic Finance Lead – Revenue

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (such as Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing) to achieve business goals through strategic and analytical support.

• Develop and sustain financial models to predict, reconcile, and elucidate variances for our wide range of metrics.

• Work alongside our ML modeling team to integrate your models with aggregated ML forecasts.

• Set top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and communicate realized financial performance to Executives and other company leaders, and foster accountability for outcomes.

• Create and present scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross-departmental and executive use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in dynamic analytical positions (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.).

• Outstanding analytical skills with the capability to distill complex financial data into clear, concise reports.

• Keen attention to detail paired with an important ability to see the overarching picture and assess analyses within a strategic business context.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively navigating cross-functional collaborations and being front and center with company executives.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel (be prepared for a financial model case study), and comfort with SQL, Looker, and/or other data visualization tools; knowledge of Python is a plus.
