This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take complete ownership of Ambience's 2-year financial model and ongoing P&L forecast, ensuring version control, timely updates, and internal distribution.
• Oversee the entire annual planning process, encompassing bottom-up budgeting, alignment of goals with department leaders, and integration into the operating framework.
• Implement and manage a monthly reporting schedule for forecast versus actuals, which includes budget variance analysis, cash forecasting, and key variance commentary.
• Prepare financial materials for quarterly board meetings, featuring top-line forecast updates, performance narratives, and investor-ready documentation.
• Develop forecasting models that connect representative capacity, pipeline stages, and pricing into revenue projections, collaborating with GTM and RevOps to verify assumptions.
• Act as the finance representative at the deal desk to ensure accurate margin representation across customer engagements.
• 6-10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking, with a progression into operational roles in high-growth SaaS or technology firms.
• Proven experience managing company-wide financial models and annual planning processes, including multi-year P&L forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, cohort-based revenue modeling, and enterprise sales finance (pipeline conversion, representative productivity, CARR/ARR).
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across functions with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders to align financial planning with business strategies.
• Exceptional executive communication skills: able to convert complex financial models into clear, defensible insights for leadership and board audiences.
• A strong sense of ownership: independently manages forecast updates, establishes repeatable processes, and drives automation without requiring constant oversight.
