This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and Expand Strategic Client Base β Formulate and implement strategic account strategies for key accounts, focusing on growth targets and customer requirements.
β’ Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships β Connect with essential stakeholders, such as architecture teams, purchasing committees, and procurement, to enhance Matillion's market presence.
β’ Generate New Business Opportunities β Discover, analyze, and acquire new strategic clients through focused prospecting and engagement tactics.
β’ Manage the Entire Sales Process β Oversee transactions from initial discovery to onboarding, collaborating with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for effective execution.
β’ Build Partner Alliances β Collaborate closely with technology and consulting partners, nurturing robust seller-to-seller relationships to create joint opportunities.
β’ Ensure Operational Excellence β Utilize MEDDPICC principles for managing opportunities, maintain precise forecasting, and continuously enhance sales methodologies.
β’ Comprehensive Sales Experience β Extensive experience in full-cycle strategic sales, preferably in Data & Analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
β’ Proven Achievements in High-Value Transactions β Demonstrated history of surpassing $1M+ ARR targets, closing six-figure deals, and managing seven-figure client accounts.
β’ Strategic Account Development β Capability to navigate complex accounts, identify new applications, and increase client value through a consultative sales approach.
β’ Proficiency in Sales Methodologies & Negotiation β Strong expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Value Selling, coupled with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
β’ Pipeline Development & Client Engagement β Independently identify, cultivate, and onboard new clients while sustaining a high level of client interaction (5+ meetings weekly).
β’ Entrepreneurial & Collaborative Attitude β Experience in both startup and corporate environments, effectively leveraging internal resources to achieve success in a dynamic setting.
