This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and Expand Strategic Customer Relationships – Create and implement strategic account strategies for high-value clients, focusing on growth goals and customer requirements.
• Cultivate Strong Customer Connections – Interact with key stakeholders, including architecture teams, buying committees, and procurement, to enhance Matillion’s footprint.
• Propel New Business Development – Identify, research, and acquire new strategic customers through focused prospecting and engagement tactics.
• Manage the Complete Sales Process – Handle deals from initial discovery to onboarding, working alongside Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for smooth execution.
• Foster Partner Collaborations – Collaborate closely with technology and consulting partners, building robust seller-to-seller relationships to generate joint opportunities.
• Guarantee Operational Excellence – Utilize MEDDPICC principles for opportunity management, ensure accurate forecasting, and consistently improve sales methodologies.
• Extensive Sales Background – Full-cycle strategic sales experience, preferably in Data & Analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven Track Record with High-Value Transactions – History of surpassing $1M+ ARR quotas, closing six-figure deals, and managing seven-figure customer accounts.
• Expertise in Strategic Account Expansion – Skill in navigating intricate accounts, identifying new use cases, and enhancing customer value through a consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in Sales Methodologies & Negotiation – Mastery of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Value Selling, combined with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Pipeline Development & Customer Engagement – Capable of independently sourcing, developing, and onboarding new customers while maintaining a high level of client interaction (5+ meetings per week).
• Innovative & Collaborative Attitude – Experience in both startup and enterprise settings, utilizing internal resources to achieve success in a dynamic environment.
