This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary senior contact for high-value client accounts, managing relationships with various stakeholders, business units, and decision-makers.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of each client's organization, long-term objectives, market challenges, and digital transformation efforts.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships at the executive and director levels, fostering strategic discussions aimed at growth, innovation, and value creation.
• Develop account plans that outline goals, KPIs, risks, expansion possibilities, and multi-quarter strategies.
• Spearhead the creation of integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with complex client objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional strategists and execution teams.
• Shift discussions beyond campaign management to focus on business results, such as customer acquisition efficiency, lifecycle optimization, and cross-channel measurement.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on data, performance insights, and market trends.
• Hold full Net Retention accountability for a strategic portfolio, ensuring renewals and incremental revenue growth.
• Spot expansion opportunities across products, channels, and services; drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives based on client needs and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders on developing scopes, pricing strategies, and enterprise proposals.
• Maintain precise forecasting and contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting.
• Oversee complex, multi-channel performance dashboards; identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Ensure teams meet client expectations flawlessly, acting as the internal advocate for your accounts.
• Lead executive-level reporting, QBRs, and strategic reviews that emphasize performance, insights, and future actions.
• Align internal delivery teams on priorities and roadmaps to ensure cohesive execution.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platform changes, privacy regulations, and advanced technologies affecting strategic clients.
• Utilize your expertise to advise clients on organizational strategy, channel allocation, and digital maturity.
• Represent Fusable as a trusted strategic partner, guiding clients through industry transitions.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital account management or enterprise client services, ideally in an agency or SaaS/digital services environment.
• Demonstrated success with strategic or enterprise accounts, including managing multiple stakeholders and engaging with executives.
• Experience in revenue outcomes in a quota-bearing role (renewals, upsells, forecasting).
• Profound understanding of digital marketing disciplines (paid search, paid social, programmatic, CRM, analytics, first-party data strategy, etc.).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate digital performance into narratives suitable for executives.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills across various workstreams.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the capability to derive insights and construct compelling narratives from data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
