This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• In this position, you will collaborate with Ashby’s largest and most intricate customers, concentrating on enhancing product usage, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term value.
• You will play a key role in determining how we assist a varied range of enterprise clients, from rapidly growing teams to established public companies.
• You will cultivate in-depth product and domain knowledge to aid customers in integrating Ashby into their hiring processes and achieving excellence in recruitment.
• You possess a proven history of customer success in B2B SaaS (minimum of five years), assisting enterprise clients with complex, customizable products, and fostering enablement that enhances product usage and long-term client outcomes.
• You are eager to manage a strategic portfolio of approximately 20 enterprise clients, generating over $2 million in total ARR. You consistently enhance the quality of strategic partnerships through multi-threaded relationships and proactive management of customer satisfaction.
• You have experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Support, and Operations, ensuring aligned communication among stakeholder groups to achieve unified customer results.
• You enjoy becoming an expert in both the product and industry. You create enlightening moments by customizing configurations, promoting product usage, and designing training that addresses a customer’s unique challenges, enabling them to reach their desired business objectives.
• You have worked with technically sophisticated products and exhibit a strong curiosity to delve into details and comprehend operational mechanisms, allowing you to foresee potential risks and proactively assist customers through changing workflows and requirements.
• 10-year exercise window for stock options. You shouldn't feel pressured to purchase stock options upon leaving Ashby — do it when you feel financially prepared.
