This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• The Consultant will be tasked with delivering exceptional consulting, project management, and support services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, whether as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
• Offer strategic consulting expertise to facilitate strategic talent acquisition (TA) and human resources (HR) project work and collaborate with SI partners.
• Adhere to delivery methodologies relevant to the project and the consultant’s role, while promoting industry best practices.
• Achieve high-quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements.
• Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies, which include communications, testing, and training programs.
• Exhibit the utmost level of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
• Foster positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, cultivating effective relationships within and across the business.
• Provide functional process and design support to comprehend the current and desired future states of people, processes, and technology, enabling strategic recommendations and successful project outcomes or system implementations.
• Collect feedback to accurately evaluate business requirements, pain points, and gaps, facilitating best practice recommendations.
• Stay adaptable, effective, and continuously seek to enhance consulting skills.
• Contribute to and nurture a positive team environment.
• Offer and receive feedback while seeking opportunities to assist others.
• Engage in broader business objectives by attending, participating, and collaborating in all relevant company meetings and initiatives to foster ongoing development and comprehension of the market landscape.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Client-facing experience supporting the full lifecycle of project/program execution in accordance with established technology implementation methodologies is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing talent acquisition implementations with increasing responsibilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA/HR functions and systems, including prospect engagement, sourcing, recruiting, and analytics.
• Proven ability to support the successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Experience in developing and implementing change management, communications, testing, and training materials.
• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters is required, and familiarity with other systems such as Paradox, Workday, SAP, and Oracle is desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of best practices related to organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software.
