Strategic Consultant – Integrated Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver analysis-driven recommendations to clients in the Credit Union and Banking sectors regarding integrated communications solutions.

• Cultivate and manage client relationships while working in collaboration with internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.

• Supervise all facets of client-focused integrated communications projects, encompassing discovery and requirements gathering.

• Develop tailored communication strategies that align with operational and compliance needs.

• Assist clients in evaluating vendors and navigating contract negotiations.

• Examine workflows, service models, and communication processes to uncover operational efficiencies.

• Keep abreast of trends in the financial industry and advancements in communication technologies.

• Propose strategic vendor solutions and negotiate pricing on behalf of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 5-7 years of experience with integrated communications platforms and technologies, including contact center systems, online banking communications, Core FI platforms, or customer engagement tools.

• Proven experience leading technology vendor selection processes and consulting engagements for both enterprise and customized solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to manage external vendors, client stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.

• Experience presenting strategic insights and complex solutions to senior leadership teams.

• Familiarity with contract negotiation, vendor management, and oversight of implementations.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, project management tools, and collaboration technologies.
