This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance member engagement, retention, and growth throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Create and implement multi-channel content through campaigns, social media, print materials, and other channels in alignment with E3n's mission, brand, and objectives.

• Compose, design graphics, arrange layouts, and execute email marketing campaigns; conduct quality assurance testing for all email campaigns to ensure consistent display across various email clients and devices.

• Design on-brand graphics using tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Oversee email project schedules and editorial calendars while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements, updates, and deadlines.

• Assist in audience segmentation and list creation within Salesforce, including importing and managing lists in HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot for targeted campaigns.

• Evaluate campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and offer recommendations to enhance future campaigns.

• Establish and maintain a schedule for deployed assets across various channels (email, social media, member portal promotions, print materials, webinars/events, and direct mail) to communicate E3n's new membership structure and tiers.

• Monitor channel performance to identify the most effective campaigns and methods for ongoing improvement.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Marketing, Member Success) for real-time content management.

• Design and implement creative, strategic, organic, and paid social media strategies to engage key target personas.

• Maintain sales enablement tools and templates, which include presentation decks, case studies, social media graphics, and other relevant assets.

• Leverage CRM and event platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Swoogo, or similar tools) to track engagement, participation, and outcomes.

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Self-motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to collaborate across departments while being a team player.

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills; writing samples are required from candidates who advance in the application process.

• Strong design sensibilities and the ability to work within established brand guidelines.

• Experience in creating and distributing content across a variety of social media platforms.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud, or a willingness to learn; knowledge of email marketing strategies and experience in executing email campaigns.

• Experience with web content management systems and analytics; preference for Webflow or WordPress and Google Analytics.

• Proficiency in building and deploying emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot; experience with Salesforce for list creation and segmentation.

• Understanding of email marketing strategies and experience in executing email campaigns.

• Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS as it relates to email formatting.

• Awareness of search engine optimization, answer engine optimization, and web accessibility compliance.

• Photo editing experience is advantageous.
