Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a volunteer strategic advisor to the leadership of SIL Language Technology.

• Engage in leadership and management meetings within LT as a strategic thought partner.

• Conduct research on designated topics, focusing on organizational best practices and operational models.

• Deliver written or verbal recommendations and analyses derived from research and professional expertise.

• Provide guidance on management, staffing, planning, and operational challenges as they emerge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree in business, management, organizational leadership, technology management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the technology sector is required.

• Proven experience in corporate management, operations, or executive leadership within the technology industry.

• Strong analytical and research capabilities; adept at synthesizing information to create actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with senior leaders.

• Flexibility and cross-cultural awareness; eager to understand an organizational context that significantly differs from corporate environments.
