Strategic Client Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance the scope and depth of relationships by collaborating closely with clients.

• Oversee and manage revenue objectives, which include budgets, forecasts, and assessments of product utilization for the designated portfolio.

• Accountable for client renewals and retention strategies.

• Effectively lead contract negotiations and manage the entire lifecycle of renewing client agreements.

• Proactively identify and address risks such as declines in volume, service gaps, and shifts in client relationships.

• Foster revenue growth through the optimization of existing products.

• Successfully identify and qualify opportunities for expansion.

• Conduct and facilitate all client business reviews and account planning sessions.

• Ensure top-tier quality service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in a client management position, particularly within the Payer and BCBS (Blues) sectors.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

• Proven track record in revenue management and increasing utilization within an assigned portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and meeting management abilities.

• Capability to customize messages for different audiences.

• Profound understanding of the client's business.
