This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee and manage all aspects of inside sales activities.
β’ Supervise a team of more than 10 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) dedicated to training and developing aesthetic clientele.
β’ Provide coaching, guidance, and development for representatives on buy and bill practices, direct selling techniques, and market strategies.
β’ Conduct Monthly Operating Reviews with all ISR direct reports.
β’ Accountable for aesthetic dollar sales and product expansion within a designated geography or area.
β’ Implement corporate marketing strategies effectively.
β’ Track and analyze team productivity while generating analytical reports.
β’ Collaborate closely with Area and Regional Sales leadership teams as well as cross-functional teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
β’ At least six (6) years of experience in medical device sales is required, preferably in direct sales.
β’ Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers.
β’ Previous experience in injectable and aesthetic sales is preferred.
β’ Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing sales.
β’ Established and strong working relationships with local Plastic Surgeons, Facial Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Oculoplastic Surgeons, and other Cosmetic practices are highly preferred.
β’ Documented and consistent high-level performance in a sales organization.
β’ Previous experience in developing and executing an effective territory business plan is required.
β’ Proven capability to generate new business through prospecting and cold calling.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel, estimated at 40%.
