Strategic Business & Marketing Manager – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You guarantee that the sales team can deliver presentations in a professional and persuasive manner: crafting and preparing proposals and pitch presentations.

• Coordination and integration of cost estimates from specialized departments.

• Organizing service descriptions, value propositions, and narratives.

• Enhancing existing pitch decks (both content and design).

• Building and expanding relationships with current and prospective platform partners.

• Serving as the content liaison between the business unit and central marketing: developing and preparing topics and content for webinars.

• Producing various presentations (for internal and external use) while ensuring high-quality delivery ("clear narrative, appealing slides").

• Collaborating directly with the Managing Director, providing both operational and substantive assistance: managing the Managing Director’s LinkedIn presence (topic planning, content coordination, posting schedule).

• Assisting with organizational tasks (minor back-office responsibilities).

• Preparing and supporting client meetings (including materials, agenda, and logistics).

• Depending on the subject matter, offering technical or subject-specific insights during meetings or follow-ups.

• Aiding in transforming new concepts into tangible offerings: collaborating with subject-matter experts (e.g., Head of Platforms, Head of Engineering).

• Conducting market and competitive analyses (trends, offerings, positioning).

• Contributing to the development of new products, services, or offering components.

• Coordinating go-to-market initiatives with the central marketing team.

• Crafting texts and content (AI-assisted) with feedback loops from specialized departments.

• Initial to several years of professional experience in business, marketing, consulting, agency, or tech environments.

• Strong technical comprehension (digital solutions, software, platforms).

• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation abilities (storytelling and visualization).

• Confident utilization of AI tools for text generation and organization.

• Excellent communication skills to proactively gather information.

• Organized, independent, and reliable working style.

• Enjoy facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
