This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through both inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Engage with leads generated through marketing efforts and respond to inbound inquiries, while also initiating proactive outreach.
• Utilize the MEDDPICC framework to effectively assess opportunities and navigate intricate sales cycles.
• Oversee pipeline activities and ensure accurate sales forecasts are maintained.
• Manage the entire sales process, including proposals, pricing strategies, and closing deals.
• Represent Everway at virtual events and industry engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align with customer requirements.
• Contribute to team planning, strategic discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Maintain precise and current CRM records to document all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Foster and manage long-term relationships with customers while successfully closing deals throughout extended sales cycles.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and consistently achieving targets.
• Excellent relationship-building skills paired with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
