Strategic Business Consultant III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage and support 5-6 client projects or engagements simultaneously.

• Work alongside senior consultants to comprehend, validate, and document client business requirements, ensuring alignment with NetSuite functionalities.

• Play an active role in all stages of NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user training.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Appficiency's project delivery methodology and guarantee its effective implementation.

• Provide comprehensive solutions through engagement in requirements gathering, documentation, system buildout, testing, and end-user training.

• Maintain regular communication with senior executives and functional leaders to ensure project alignment and success.

• Acquire proficiency in the NetSuite application, its capabilities, and industry-standard business practices.

• Identify non-standard business processes and propose effective solutions.

• Assist clients in designing and executing their enterprise architecture.

• Participate in the design, build, and testing of integrations between clients' business systems.

• Troubleshoot and deliver innovative solutions for any NetSuite issues encountered by clients.

• Offer ongoing support for integration projects to ensure long-term client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in NetSuite implementation projects.

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, IT systems, software, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media, and advertising).

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain profitable, referenceable customer relationships.

• Strategic thinking skills, with the capability to align client business challenges with solutions and implementation strategies.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

• Expertise in NetSuite modules such as Advanced Manufacturing, Work Orders and Assemblies, Demand and Supply Planning, and Advanced Inventory Management.

• Experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse distribution or related industries.
