This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess sales, marketing, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities, key drivers, and performance trends.
• Create methodologies to evaluate the financial impact and ROI of campaigns, partnerships, and product initiatives.
• Convert data into clear and compelling insights that guide strategic decisions and support business cases.
• Develop engaging dashboards and visualizations to present performance and ROI metrics.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and other stakeholders to establish KPIs and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in commercial analyses.
• Contribute to revenue forecasts and scenario modeling.
• Investigate and implement AI or automation solutions to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Manage ongoing analysis and reporting processes, including performance dashboards, ROI evaluations, and KPI monitoring.
• Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities that affect product, commercial, and retention decisions at the leadership level.
• Enhance reporting quality, automation, and data integrity.
• Advocate for the adoption of new AI and analytical tools within the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a similar field.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or commercial insights roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• In-depth understanding of ROI modeling, financial metrics, and business performance analysis.
• Ability to articulate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to link data to business impact.
• Experience collaborating across functions to narrate the story behind the data.
• Comfort in using or learning AI-supported tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of succeeding in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments.
• Capability to work effectively in a remote-first setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
• Experience with statistical analysis or predictive modeling is advantageous, including knowledge of Python or R.
