This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, upkeep, and enhancement of HR dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Create, implement, and track KPIs associated with talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, learning and development, total rewards, and HR operations.
• Ensure that analytics solutions are in alignment with organizational goals, strategic priorities, and the commitment to being an Employer of Choice.
• Develop data visualizations and reporting tools tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform complex analyses of workforce data to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within Human Resources.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques, statistical methods, and predictive modeling to address HR business challenges.
• Convert ambiguous business inquiries into structured analytical strategies and actionable insights.
• Investigate workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and industry benchmarks.
• Assess and track employee sentiment, engagement, and experiences through surveys, listening strategies, and feedback mechanisms.
• Evaluate employee lifecycle metrics and assess the impact of employee programs, initiatives, and organizational strategies.
• Work collaboratively with HR, business leaders, Finance, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations through storytelling, visualizations, and high-level presentations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on workforce data, analytics methodologies, and KPI development.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of HR data through validation, auditing, and quality assurance processes.
• Automate reporting processes, streamline workflows, enhance data management, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, privacy standards, and organizational policies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role is required.
• Advanced expertise in Workday, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other data visualization and reporting tools is required.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards, developing KPIs, and automating reporting processes is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret complex data and convert insights into business recommendations is required.
• Experience in handling large, intricate datasets, including data cleansing, validation, integration, and modeling is required.
