Manager, Analytics Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the RCS Analytics Products team, concentrating on the delivery and performance of analytics-driven products.

• Act as the primary accountable leader for analytics products released by the team.

• Create, sustain, and ensure the accuracy of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and regular data-related deliverables.

• Effectively delegate tasks while remaining involved to maintain a close connection with both content and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience, with a background in report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, and analytics.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable platform.

• A Master's Degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Epic Certifications at the time of hire are preferred.

• 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle is highly preferred.

• 5 years of experience in project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.
