This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of analytics audits and implementations for client accounts.
• Evaluate tracking configurations, pinpoint data quality issues, taxonomy, and measurement deficiencies, and rectify implementations.
• Set up tracking, tagging, and events in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), GA4, and various product analytics platforms.
• Develop the measurement layer linking organic and AI search to signups, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and create attribution models.
• Conduct advanced analyses utilizing funnels, cohorts, behavioral segments, and SQL.
• Design and standardize reporting methodologies for clients.
• Educate strategists and account managers to independently handle reporting tasks.
• Create BI reports and dashboards using tools preferred by clients.
• Act as a senior data partner for enterprise accounts.
• Present insights to client executives and engage in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic discussions.
• Assist in the design and analysis of CRO, landing-page, and AEO experiments.
• Conduct client-side evaluations, workshops, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the scope of analytics, CRO, and experimentation services.
• Report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and serve as the analytics center of excellence for the agency.
• Hands-on experience in an enterprise Adobe environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform in conjunction with Adobe Analytics is required.
• Experience with GA4 or similar web analytics platforms is necessary.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, is preferred.
• Proficient in writing SQL to query, join, and manipulate data across various sources.
• Capability to conduct comprehensive analytics audits and implement corrective measures.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on data layer modifications and implementation scope.
• Experience in segment and cohort analysis is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to articulate findings to client executives.
• Data visualization abilities are a significant plus.
• Background in AEO, SEO, or organic growth marketing is beneficial.
• A strong curiosity about the workings of AI search is highly desirable.
• Work hours should overlap by +/- 3 hours with US Eastern Time.
• Must be authorized to work remotely from your country of residence.
