Strategic Alliances Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Manage the Workday North Asia relationship, overseeing engagements, leads, governance, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and alignment with executives and field teams throughout ASEAN and Greater China Region (GCR).

• Foster a pipeline influenced and sourced by partners through Workday and its ecosystem initiatives.

• Identify, recruit, and engage strategic ecosystem partners for Workday, such as System Integrators (SIs), implementation partners, and specialist partners within the region.

• Develop and implement collaborative GTM plans that target the Workday customer base, with a key focus on Singapore, South Korea, Greater China, and Hong Kong, along with the broader ASEAN region.

• Serve as the business owner for Workday integrations and necessary technical enhancements, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to support the region.

• Activate and cultivate revenue-generating partners within the Workday ecosystem, including Global and Strategic Integrators (G/SIs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).

• Monitor deal velocity, revenue, and conversion rates.

• Engage with the Workday field and execute GTM initiatives across the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in roles related to Workday partnerships, alliances, or the Workday ecosystem.

• Extensive knowledge of Workday, its field structure, and the partner ecosystem within ASEAN and Greater China.

• Demonstrated history of developing GTM strategies that effectively drive pipeline and revenue within North Asia markets.

• Commercially astute, structured, and credible with senior stakeholders across various regional cultures.
