This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the Microsoft partnership, overseeing everything from co-sell readiness to executive alignment, to position Microsoft as a significant growth driver for ShareGate in FY27;
• Lead co-sell initiatives with Microsoft field teams to create a qualified pipeline and expedite active deals towards finalized revenue;
• Activate and enhance Microsoft programs (MACC, Marketplace, MDF, ISV Success) to increase Marketplace transactions and maximize commercial impact;
• Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with marketing, including campaigns, field events, and co-branded initiatives, to boost Microsoft-influenced pipeline;
• Increase ShareGate's footprint within Microsoft's partner ecosystem (CSPs, MSPs, SIs) to elevate attach rates and drive adoption of Migrate → Protect bundles;
• Serve as the internal expert on Microsoft’s priorities and AI-driven partner initiatives, translating ecosystem changes into actionable strategies that keep ShareGate at the forefront;
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics — including co-sell pipeline, revenue influence, and Marketplace statistics — to provide leadership with a clear view of impact and guide investment decisions.
• Over 10 years of experience within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem;
• Comprehensive understanding of co-sell models and the dynamics of the Microsoft marketplace;
• In-depth knowledge of MACC agreements and partner programs;
• Established connections within Microsoft (field, PDMs, partner teams, executives);
• Demonstrated ability to forge and manage strategic partnerships;
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration;
• Results-driven attitude with a comfort level in ambiguous situations;
