Strategic Advisor – Engagement Lead, Federal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic advisory projects with Federal/SLED clients, acting as a trusted consultant and facilitating discovery, planning, alignment, and transformation discussions.

• Manage client engagement delivery, encompassing timelines, deliverables, risks, budgets, forecasting, staffing requirements, communication, and overall engagement health.

• Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to translate intricate business, organizational, and technological challenges into actionable strategies and successful delivery outcomes.

• Foster practice growth by identifying client needs, expansion possibilities, service enhancements, and methods to scale delivery quality and operational efficiency.

• Investigate opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance consulting delivery, client results, and practice innovation.

• Achieve a utilization target of 60% while ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting

• Active Secret Clearance or a willingness to obtain one

• Must obtain Atlassian certification by successfully passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain it by earning additional Atlassian CE Credits

• Experience in client-facing consulting roles

• Proven experience leading workstreams, projects, or small engagements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
