This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and manage the recruitment funnel: Create a high-volume recruiting pipeline for the program, overseeing it to meet targets for conversion, time-to-hire, and cost-per-qualified-contractor, while continually diagnosing and addressing any issues.
• Generate supply in response to demand: Take ownership of recruitment marketing and advertising expenditures across job boards, sponsored positions, geo-targeted campaigns, referral initiatives, and landing pages to ensure staffing for 4,000 locations.
• Architect the recruiting operations infrastructure: Assess, configure, and enhance the ATS/high-volume recruiting platform, including workflows, automation, stage definitions, tagging, integrations, dashboards, and compliance transitions.
• Implement a structured 1099 onboarding process: Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure proper contractor classification, W-9/tax collection, contractor agreements, and necessary background checks.
• Ensure reproducibility: Document all processes into repeatable procedures, templates, and operational rhythms that can scale beyond this single client to our broader programs.
• Over 7 years of experience in recruiting operations, high-volume/hourly talent acquisition, or workforce strategy, with a proven history of managing the entire funnel.
• Proven success in scaling a high-volume hiring or contractor program (involving hundreds to thousands of placements).
• Hands-on experience in configuring at least one ATS/high-volume recruiting platform (such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Breezy, Fountain, Workstream, iCIMS, Paradox, or similar).
• Proficiency with recruiting metrics and the analytical tools necessary to track them (including dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting).
• Experience in running recruitment marketing campaigns and managing ad budgets to meet supply objectives.
• Familiarity with 1099 contractor onboarding and the cross-functional collaboration it entails.
• A focus on documentation and systems: you design processes to be repeatable, not just functional for a single instance.
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate communication, screening assistance, and reporting, with a discerning approach to where automation is beneficial and where human review is necessary.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
