This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across PCS’s largest accounts.
• Oversee onboarding processes and technology initiatives.
• Create reporting frameworks to evaluate success.
• Define and implement a standardized service delivery model for strategic accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison among internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal).
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting and scorecards to assess KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, account management, or project management (preferably within financial services).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce) and workflow management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Project management expertise (PMP or similar certification is advantageous).
