This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.
• Oversee designated UPS Strategic Accounts, acting as the main commercial liaison.
• Implement account strategies that align with customer development schedules, refresh cycles, and approved guidelines.
• Assist in positioning specifications and maintaining platform consistency across batteries, cabinets, and services.
• Achieve set revenue goals while ensuring accurate quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Discover upsell and growth opportunities within current accounts, including advanced battery technologies and services.
• Collaborate closely with OEM partners, integrators, and internal sales teams to facilitate program execution.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Service teams to guarantee timely and specification-compliant delivery.
• Aid in pricing, contract evaluations, and deal governance for designated accounts.
• Relay market and customer insights to Sales leadership and Product teams.
• 5–8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within UPS, data center, or critical power sectors.
• Proven experience in managing intricate customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred familiarity with UPS systems, battery technologies, or critical infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
• Capability to handle long sales cycles and multiple simultaneous programs.
