This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the process to retain and upsell Garner’s small group employer clients (25 - 250 lives).
• Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure clients experience exceptional service and achieve desired outcomes.
• Act as the client’s trusted strategic partner in plan design, controlling cost trends, and enhancing plan performance.
• Build and maintain essential strategic relationships with brokers and clients.
• Oversee overall client health, foresee strategic requirements, and implement proactive strategies to mitigate key account risks.
• Work alongside finance, product, data, and technology teams to provide reports that showcase Garner's value and ROI.
• Enhance Net Revenue Retention and other KPIs for your portfolio of clients.
• Extensive knowledge of fully insured and small group self-funded health plan design and benefits, including advising employer clients on benefits strategy and cost performance.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consultant/broker, account management, or sales position within the employee benefits industry.
• Strong commercial focus with a proven track record of meeting retention and upsell goals consistently.
• A self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and articulation abilities.
• Proven capability to address challenges in complex strategic situations.
