This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial gases sector, broadening the customer base within the designated region;
• Conduct ongoing market analysis, keeping leadership updated on market prospects, industry developments, customer requirements, and competitor actions to uphold competitiveness;
• Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting to final deal closure, fostering relationships with customers and partners;
• Contribute to the establishment of the company's strategic market positioning through market research and assessment of risks and opportunities;
• Accountable for marketing products and equipment associated with the industrial gases sector within their assigned unit or region;
• Provide technical and commercial support for a customer portfolio and during contract negotiations;
• Ensure the attainment of monthly sales budget goals, as established by segment, through market initiatives;
• Evaluate performance metrics (sales volume, market share, and pricing comparisons);
• Review monthly outcomes, pinpoint root causes, and develop action plans;
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts with potential customers;
• Establish enduring relationships with prospective clients, showcasing technical expertise and knowledge in industrial gases.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in acquiring new customers (preferably in the industrial gases industry).
• Background in B2B sales prospecting.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and rapport with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Skills in market analysis and the capacity to identify business opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in selling industrial gases or similar products is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Adaptability and initiative.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
