This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +10 more states.
• Collaborate with airport operations management, commercial airline property managers, architects, and sales channels related to airport landside operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships, provide education on Daktronics solutions, and influence the design of visual communication systems.
• Present engaging and dynamic presentations across various settings to a diverse range of audiences in this sector.
• Work alongside sales teams from Out of Home, Commercial, and Spectacular markets as necessary to create effective engagement and proposal strategies.
• Acquire a solid understanding of the capital improvement planning and design processes, as well as the stakeholders involved.
• Prepare compelling quotations and proposals, and manage follow-ups from bidding through negotiation stages.
• Create and implement a weekly sales strategy that includes customer meetings, presentations, trade shows, cold calls, planned calls, research, and follow-up actions.
• Leverage Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to oversee accounts, sales opportunities, leads, and all customer engagement activities.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, business, economics, marketing, a technical field, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to develop and deliver winning presentations showcasing Daktronics products and services.
• Proven track record in building and sustaining relationships with sales partners.
• Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment effectively.
• Willingness to travel by air and ground throughout North America (United States and Canada).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
