This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend the business challenges faced by your client and the strategic questions they are currently asking or should be considering.
• Assist clients in defining and achieving their business objectives.
• Develop annual strategic and tactical plans for each client, along with individual campaign or project plans as required throughout the year.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships.
• Propose, market to clients, and oversee initiatives and projects aligned with clients’ goals.
• Consistently present unsolicited ideas to enhance the effectiveness of clients’ brand and corporate activities.
• Initiate and manage Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients, providing necessary support.
• Oversee daily client-Precision AQ communication regarding strategy (ideas, recommendations, and potential approaches) and planning.
• Act as a partner to each client, serving as an extension of their team by taking ownership and accountability for their business.
• Carefully manage clients’ budgets and team efficiency to maximize returns for both clients and Precision AQ.
• Collaborate with the internal team to exceed client expectations.
• Mentor, train, and coach team members to promote their growth and development.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or an advanced degree in management, marketing, or business is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, handling both client relationships and internal teams within the medical communications or a related field.
• Previous exposure to medical affairs, publications, and/or peer-to-peer marketing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint design.
• A strong strategic and analytical foundation.
• Capability to interact professionally with clients and leaders across various therapeutic areas.
• Ability to understand and interpret market dynamics, scientific information, and clinical and preclinical data.
