• Establish and nurture strategic business relationships with key accounts to enhance brand visibility and secure profitable opportunities for the Self Pay channel, encompassing Home Healthcare, Retirement Living, and Community markets.
• Formulate and implement business plans while tracking customer outcomes to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for all products and services, driving demand for Essity solutions by elevating the company’s profile with designated strategic partners.
• Regularly assess customer data to identify and manage business risks and opportunities.
• Suggest products and services (value proposition) that align with the clients' business requirements.
• Under the guidance and collaboration of the National Manager, assist in contract negotiations, covering terms and conditions, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Acquire insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions, sharing this information with internal stakeholders; work with Marketing to address objections and devise counterstrategies to support sales teams.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to ensure channel expansion and capitalize on opportunities to meet regional sales targets, providing ongoing assistance to the regions.
• Maintain accurate data within sales systems (CRM).
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in key account management.
• Strong strategic thinking and advanced negotiation abilities.
• Solid comprehension of the Home Health Care (self pay) sector.
• Insight into customer needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Capability to create clear plans and tactics to support the overarching strategy.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Awareness of key performance metrics related to market share.
• Financial literacy, with an understanding of profit and loss statements, and the ability to forecast.
• Basic knowledge of E-Commerce.
• Some domestic travel within the assigned territory may be necessary (up to 50%).
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English; bilingual (EN/FR) is a plus.
