This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align with revenue growth and long-term market positioning.
• Manage and expand key accounts by fostering strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts and targeted prospects.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (sales, product, engineering, service) to provide integrated solutions.
• Develop, oversee, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Create and deliver technical and commercial proposals that include specifications, pricing, and value positioning.
• Track customer strategies, market trends, and competitor activities to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate within the organization, translating customer needs into product and service priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the electrical sector.
• Proven network and influential experience in the data center infrastructure industry.
• Experience in implementing sales strategies and standards for the industrial electrical sector.
• International project management experience is advantageous.
• Previous success with digital sales or digital selling methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical Products in the Datacenter Industry (UPS, PDU, STS, RPP, Transformers, BESS, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen for specification activities.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while effectively communicating key performance indicators, goals, and results.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to prepare and manage complex schedules for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual capable of defining new processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions (Sales, Marketing, Engineering).
• Fully remote position within a home office setting.
