📋 Description

• Cultivate robust and compliant relationships with a diverse array of healthcare providers (HCPs) across various specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, and community clinics) by comprehending their needs and delivering precise, balanced information regarding Invivyd’s products and solutions.

• Facilitate clinical conversations that motivate the customer to advocate for their patients and engage the entire account to identify any barriers that may hinder the provision of suitable solutions.

• Recognize shared priorities and utilize knowledge and strategies within the entire account to create a territory business plan that stimulates product demand by addressing the needs of key partners and, ultimately, their patients to achieve outstanding results.

• Apply your understanding of the wider healthcare landscape for account selling, including provider offices and health systems, as well as the decision-making processes within these environments.

• Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial approach, demonstrating accountability, enthusiasm, and determination by taking ownership of your results with urgency while remaining compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

• Deliver engaging product presentations and educational discussions to aid patient care decisions, using all approved resources in accordance with company training and compliance standards.

• Collaborate as a positive energy multiplier with colleagues from marketing, market access, and other teams to meet customer needs and achieve mutual success.

• Operate with a holistic mindset to collect and share customer insights, feedback, and inquiries to assist Invivyd in continually enhancing our service to providers and patients.

• Partner with cross-functional colleagues on overall account and territory strategies to optimize internal/external knowledge on accessing products and services.

• Aggregate customer and market data, along with insights, to effectively utilize multiple channels for driving total sales engagements.

• Employ a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact in alignment with the strategic plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; candidates lacking a degree but possessing significant relevant industry experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or customer-facing roles in medical devices is preferred.

• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.

• Must be able to meet the requirement of being in the field five days a week, including overnight stays as necessary, conducting visits, while also completing all administrative responsibilities associated with the role.

• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory, as needed.

• Proven positive attitude with a growth mindset.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build relationships and engage in meaningful dialogues with healthcare providers.

• Open to coaching and eager to learn—receptive to feedback, willing to adapt, and driven to develop into a high-performing sales professional.

• Demonstrated persistence, resilience, agility, and a strong work ethic; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of territory responsibilities.
