This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Responsible for a portfolio of strategic memberships, acting as the primary contact for assigned accounts throughout the entire membership lifecycle.
• Enhances member satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by strengthening executive relationships, managing renewals, and overseeing contracts.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and maintain strategic account plans within Salesforce.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key members and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategy check-ins to ensure that member objectives are being achieved.
• Oversee the complete membership contract process, including drafting customized proposals and agreements, while closely collaborating with the finance team to manage invoicing, billing accuracy, and accounts receivable tracking.
• Act as a professional, high-touch contact for executive prospects and returning members, guiding them through negotiation, contract finalization, and the initial onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Member Success, and Operations) to address member issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Record and summarize key outcomes from renewal meetings, managing immediate post-meeting action items and ensuring that essential deliverables are tracked.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or membership/partnership management, ideally within the healthcare sector or a professional membership organization;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing data architecture in Salesforce and document workflows in Box;
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement) is highly desirable.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to draft sophisticated, brand-aligned correspondence suitable for healthcare executives and enterprise members.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple contracting, scheduling, and documentation workflows simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and provide energetic, high-touch onsite operational support at premier, in-person executive leadership events.
