This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for clients within the designated region.
• Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders.
• Regularly schedule, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for agents on both an individual and regional scale.
• Meet and surpass sales and revenue goals for the region.
• Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business initiatives.
• Work together with the sales team to formulate and implement regional strategies.
• Carry out routine account evaluations to assess performance and enhance relationships.
• Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint trends and growth opportunities.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead monthly internal meetings with staff to discuss agent touch points and updates from carriers.
• Gather and relay feedback from agent training sessions to the relevant department to promote enhancements.
• Tasked with boosting overall agency output by not only training new agencies but also identifying and eliminating barriers to current agency performance.
• Recognize opportunities and conduct marketing visits to appointed agencies to encourage higher production through on-site training on multi-market solutions.
• Complete quarterly evaluations of carriers, including production metrics and incentive suggestions.
• Responsible for having comprehensive knowledge of all Carrier Markets and Products, Commission Structures, and Appointments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing Property and Casualty (P&C), particularly to Independent Agents.
• Proven experience in training and developing agency personnel.
• Must exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Capable of assessing and reviewing agency qualifications for appointments and making recommendations regarding appointments or dismissals.
• Experience in selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial products, including homeowners and personal auto, is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational abilities, including formal presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
