This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and expand assigned customer accounts through proactive engagement that enhances retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.
• Take ownership of account revenue by achieving consistent performance in relation to ARR and quota targets through renewals and expansion efforts.
• Develop and manage your account pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and advancing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Facilitate renewals from beginning to end, including managing timelines, customer communications, negotiation support, and internal coordination to ensure timely completion of renewals.
• Ensure accurate CRM data and forecasting visibility across pipeline, renewals, account status, and revenue expectations.
• Direct strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews to monitor goals, align on outcomes, and identify additional growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Support, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to address customer needs and drive both customer and business outcomes.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and high-priority projects, including complex renewals, multi-year agreements, pricing or contract updates, and process improvement initiatives.
• 2–3 years of sales-related experience (BDR, Account Manager, AE, or similar), ideally in a B2B and/or consultative sales context.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of customer accounts while ensuring positive ongoing customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate renewals, retention, and revenue growth through disciplined execution and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with decision-makers and navigate challenging conversations.
• Capability to build trusted customer relationships through proactive engagement, expectation management, and effective follow-through.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, capable of managing a high-volume book of business.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales processes to manage pipelines, monitor performance, and forecast accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and align internal teams to achieve customer success and revenue goals.
• An ownership mindset with adaptability, able to navigate ambiguity and consistently deliver results.
• An associate degree is required (a bachelor's degree is preferred).
