This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Increase awareness and adoption of Bynder across new business units, stakeholders, and subsidiaries.
• Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients by showcasing company products and services.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by being more responsive and anticipating client needs.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and create new expansion opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with external customer leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Consult to assess needs and identify new services or modifications to current services.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Management.
• Background in B2B sales, SaaS/Cloud, DAM, or CMS.
• Previous success in closing net new or expansion revenue of $1M ARR annually.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities for clients and management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding customer expectations.
