This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a designated portfolio of SLED accounts; focus on acquiring new accounts, generating expansion revenue, and fostering long-term strategic growth.
β’ Oversee intricate, multi-faceted sales processes involving Engineering, Product, Security, Procurement, Legal, and essential stakeholders.
β’ Establish yourself as a trusted product authority; assist federal prospects during trials, technical assessments, security evaluations, and extensive rollouts.
β’ Develop executive relationships and nurture daily champions within accounts, integrators, and technical teams.
β’ Demonstrate value using clear ROI examples linked to developer productivity, AI adoption, mission achievements, and secure software delivery.
β’ Act as the voice of the federal customer, providing actionable feedback to influence the product roadmap regarding compliance, deployment, and procurement requirements.
β’ Collaborate closely with Field Engineering and the AI Deployment team to ensure successful outcomes from proof of concept to production deployment and growth.
β’ Navigate federal procurement frameworks, contract vehicles, partners, and compliance standards to expedite adoption.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in closing SLED technology sales, preferably involving developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or emerging technologies.
β’ A proven history of acquiring new logos, expanding strategic accounts, and surpassing quotas through self-generated pipeline initiatives.
β’ Proactively create a pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting, account mapping, leveraging partners, innovative sourcing, and persistent follow-up.
β’ Comfortable managing complex federal sales cycles and engaging with technical and mission-driven stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity or eagerness to understand federal purchasing behaviors, procurement processes, security standards, and partner ecosystems.
β’ An analytical mindset to grasp customer needs, paired with creative and tactical follow-through to progress opportunities.
β’ Exceptional communicator capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
