This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate strong relationships with principals, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders within designated schools.
• Assist in school-level planning and ensure the effective implementation of Lexia solutions.
• Collaborate with district implementation teams to convert district priorities into actionable plans at the school level.
• Recognize and address obstacles to usage, aiding schools in achieving their fidelity and impact objectives.
• Collect and disseminate success stories and case studies that showcase student achievements.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and engage new school clients in alignment with district strategies.
• Highlight school-level needs and purchasing signals that guide territory strategies.
• Monitor and report insights on competitive products utilized in schools.
• Keep accurate records of school engagement and opportunities within Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success and Professional Learning teams to synchronize school support.
• Attend school-level meetings and events to demonstrate effective usage practices.
• Ensure continuous teacher and staff engagement through regular communication and touchpoints.
• Represent Lexia at school-level events, professional development sessions, and regional showcases.
• Advocate for Lexia as a trusted partner in enhancing literacy initiatives.
• Travel frequently to assigned schools, supplemented by virtual engagement between visits.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• More than 5 years of proven success in education sales, school leadership, or instructional coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with principals, coaches, and educators.
• Experience with technology-driven curriculum products; a background in literacy or reading is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Science of Reading and best practices in literacy.
• Familiarity with school budgets, purchasing procedures, and funding models (such as Title I, state funds, ESSER, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with school-based educators.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
