This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes in highly regulated sectors (FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail) where our on-premises features offer a competitive edge.

• Develop a sales pipeline from the ground up in a nascent environment—identify and secure strategic enterprise clients without existing leads or a predefined strategy.

• Convert complex AI/ML functionalities into persuasive business results for C-suite executives, positioning Unframe as the go-to choice for companies considering “buy vs. build” AI solutions.

• Design multi-year growth strategies and cultivate strong relationships with IT, product, and innovation teams.

• Work closely with the VP of Sales and founders to enhance the enterprise strategy and shape the product roadmap.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent record of surpassing quotas at Fortune 500 firms.

• Demonstrated success in closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage settings.

• Proficient in selling intricate technical solutions to CIO organizations.

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in uncertainty, taking ownership of outcomes, and building from the ground up.

• Proven success in highly regulated sectors with complex compliance obligations.

• Preferred: Experience in regulated industries and success in early-stage ventures.
