
Strategic Account Executive, Media Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and finalize a pipeline of significant enterprise software and media intelligence opportunities, generating new revenue.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from initial discovery to closure with PR, communications, and insights buyers.
• Present Muck Rack’s media intelligence solutions with authority, clarity, and substantial business value.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on media intelligence throughout the sales organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to enhance messaging, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Work alongside Customer Success and the Media Intelligence team to facilitate account transitions, growth, and retention.
• 8–10+ years of sales experience with quotas, including considerable experience in selling media intelligence solutions.
• Proven success in enterprise sales settings with intricate, consultative deal cycles, managing both new business and expansion opportunities within current accounts.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in selling to stakeholders in PR, communications, or insights.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Capability to collaborate across functions and influence go-to-market strategies in a growing organization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and assisting in building processes when necessary.
• Actively integrate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance productivity and expedite delivery.
