β€’ Oversee and Expand Strategic Customer Accounts – Formulate and implement strategic account plans for high-value clients, addressing their growth targets and needs.

β€’ Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships – Interact with essential stakeholders, including architecture teams, purchasing committees, and procurement, to enhance Matillion’s market presence.

β€’ Generate New Business Opportunities – Discover, investigate, and secure new strategic clients through focused prospecting and engagement tactics.

β€’ Manage the Entire Sales Cycle – Oversee deals from initial discovery to onboarding, collaborating with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for smooth execution.

β€’ Foster Partner Relationships – Collaborate closely with technology and consulting partners, building robust seller-to-seller connections to create joint opportunities.

β€’ Ensure Operational Excellence – Implement MEDDPICC principles for managing opportunities, maintain precise forecasting, and continuously enhance sales methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Significant Sales Experience – Proven full-cycle strategic sales experience, preferably in Data & Analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software.

β€’ Demonstrated Success in High-Value Transactions – History of surpassing $1M+ ARR quotas, closing six-figure deals, and managing seven-figure customer accounts.

β€’ Strategic Account Expansion – Capability to navigate complex accounts, identify new use cases, and enhance customer value through a consultative sales strategy.

β€’ Sales Methodology & Negotiation Skills – Proficiency in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Value Selling, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

β€’ Pipeline Development & Customer Engagement – Independently identify, develop, and onboard new clients while maintaining a high level of client interaction (5+ meetings per week).

β€’ Entrepreneurial & Collaborative Approach – Experience in both startup and corporate settings, utilizing internal resources to achieve success in a dynamic environment.
