This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Accountable for meeting annual sales targets and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements.
β’ Organize and oversee all sales efforts to accomplish business objectives.
β’ Ensure that proposed sales and solutions leverage the strengths of NiCE CXone Mpower and can be successfully implemented.
β’ Establish new strategic partnerships while nurturing existing relationships and assessing customer business scenarios to identify limitations and new opportunities arising from technological advancements.
β’ Cultivate and sustain high-level relationships with C-suite executives.
β’ Initiate, support, develop, and oversee purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and clients.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in selling a variety of software products (portfolio sales) and services to complex accounts in a hunter-type role.
β’ At least 1-2 years of experience in selling AI Software Solutions.
β’ In-depth understanding of AI technology and its applications.
β’ Excellent relationship and client management skills that effectively foster trust and competently handle customer escalations.
β’ A collaborative sales approach that involves working with various groups both internally and externally.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities that instill confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
β’ Natural self-sufficiency, adaptability, and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take charge and manage activities and processes to achieve revenue outcomes.
β’ Experience and knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and/or Conversational AI solutions.
β’ Familiarity with selling a comprehensive suite of SaaS products.
