This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage a designated portfolio of healthcare accounts; focus on acquiring new accounts, generating additional revenue, and fostering long-term strategic growth.
• Oversee intricate, multi-faceted sales processes involving Engineering, Product, Security, Procurement, Legal, and critical stakeholders.
• Establish yourself as a trusted product authority; assist Healthcare prospects through trials, technical assessments, security evaluations, and large-scale implementations.
• Develop executive relationships and nurture daily champions among health systems, integrators, and technical teams.
• Demonstrate value through clear ROI presentations linked to developer productivity, AI integration, mission outcomes, and secure software delivery.
• Represent the voice of the Healthcare customer and shape the product roadmap with actionable insights on product, compliance, deployment, and procurement requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Field Engineering and the AI Deployment team to ensure successful outcomes from proof of concept to production deployment and growth.
• Navigate Healthcare procurement processes, contract frameworks, partnerships, and compliance standards to expedite adoption.
• You possess over 5 years of experience in closing deals in enterprise or Healthcare technology sales, ideally in developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or emerging technologies.
• You have a proven history of acquiring new clients, expanding key accounts, and surpassing quotas through self-generated pipelines.
• You are a proactive hunter — skilled at building pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting, account mapping, partner utilization, innovative sourcing, and persistent follow-up.
• You are adept at navigating complex Healthcare sales processes and engaging with both technical and mission-driven stakeholders — from engineers and program directors to CISOs, CIOs, and senior executives, exhibiting fluency in both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
• You apply an analytical mindset to comprehend customer needs, coupled with creative and tactical efforts to advance opportunities.
• You are an exceptional communicator capable of building trust at all levels within an organization.
