
Strategic Account Executive – Flow Cytometry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Establish, qualify, progress, and finalize a high-caliber pipeline with meticulous CRM maintenance, precise forecasting, and consistent advancement through stages.
• Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), major medical centers, reference laboratories, and diagnostic service providers across the United States.
• Direct intricate, multi-faceted sales processes involving scientific, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Discover and formulate private-label and partnership opportunities, skillfully navigating OEM and white-label deal frameworks with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advocate for Streck QC solutions in terms of compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficacy — engaging effectively with lab directors, quality leaders, and scientific experts.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support to advance opportunities and address internal challenges.
• Keep abreast of clinical flow cytometry applications, regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP), and the changing needs of customers.
• 2–3+ years of experience in account management or sales within the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical technology sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate a pipeline and close complex, consultative sales transactions.
• Familiarity with navigating multi-stakeholder, regulated sales processes.
• Strong adherence to CRM protocols and accuracy in forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills across both technical and business audiences.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience with CROs, reference laboratories, major medical centers, or diagnostic providers is preferred.
• Exposure to private-label, OEM, or partnership deal structures is a plus.
• Practical clinical or translational flow cytometry laboratory experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of LAMP or a similar structured qualification approach is advantageous.
• An advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI is considered a plus.
