This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes in heavily regulated sectors (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail).
• Establish a sales pipeline from the ground up in an early-stage setting—identify and secure key enterprise accounts.
• Convert complex AI/ML functionalities into attractive business results for C-suite executives.
• Design long-term expansion strategies and cultivate strong relationships across IT, product, and innovation divisions.
• Work closely with the VP of Sales and founders to enhance the enterprise strategy and shape the product roadmap.
• Over 8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas at Fortune 500 companies.
• Demonstrated success in closing $1M+ ACV transactions in early-stage settings.
• Proven experience in selling intricate technical solutions to CIO organizations.
• Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data systems, or management consulting.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, excel in uncertain environments, take ownership of results, and build from the ground up.
• Proven success in heavily regulated sectors with complex compliance demands.
• Compensation is uncapped with aggressive accelerators. For $1M+ ACV deal sizes, this structure rewards exceptional performance on significant deals.
