• Identify, qualify, and cultivate a strong sales pipeline.
• Employ a proactive hunting approach to secure new Strategic Accounts.
• Generate revenue by prospecting and establishing a pipeline while fostering strong personal connections with prospective clients.
• Consistently close new business at or exceeding quota levels.
• Create and implement a strategic plan for the territory alongside reliable forecasting.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader on our Teams product.
• Contribute to the development of our sales playbooks and product roadmap.
• Minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in supporting Strategic clients (10,000+ employees).
• At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• A consultative, relationship-focused sales philosophy with a natural inclination to assist clients.
• Proven long-term success and career advancement in prior roles.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to nurture strong working relationships internally and externally (including C-level executives).
• Self-motivated with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• High energy levels combined with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong eagerness to understand the business within a vibrant company.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and execution abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a high degree of precision.
• Enthusiastic about the Stack Overflow narrative and our global connection to developers, and how we can support their learning, sharing, and advancement.
