This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of driving comprehensive revenue growth across U.S. Navy accounts within the information warfare sector (e.g., N2N6, NAVWAR, Fleet Cyber Command, DON CIO, DON PCA, etc).
• Formulate and implement account strategies that align with Navy priorities, focusing on modernization, readiness, cybersecurity, and data integration.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships (O-6/O-7, SES, program leadership) across both acquisition and operational commands.
• Spot, develop, and finalize new business opportunities, including extensive, multi-year programs and contracts.
• Collaborate across functions with Mission Delivery, Product, and Engineering to ensure solutions meet mission needs and guarantee successful execution.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals.
• Travel up to 40% as necessary to support customer interactions and mission execution.
• Lead and coordinate capture initiatives, including shaping RFPs, formulating proposal strategies, and aligning stakeholders.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, guiding product direction and go-to-market strategies.
• Navigate intricate procurement pathways such as OTA, FAR-based contracts, IDIQs, and subcontracting options.
• Ensure accurate visibility of the pipeline and forecasting that aligns with company revenue objectives.
• 8+ years of experience in defense sales, account management, or program leadership within the Navy ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in closing and scaling complex government contracts.
• Profound understanding of the U.S. Navy's organizational structure, operational concepts, requirements development, acquisition processes, and key stakeholders.
• Experience interacting with senior military and civilian leadership (O-6/O-7/SES).
• Strong knowledge of defense contracting vehicles and procurement pathways.
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments while upholding a high standard for execution.
• Outstanding communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Active security clearance preferred (or capability to obtain it).
