This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Surpass revenue targets on both quarterly and annual bases.
• Skillfully respond to each customer’s and partner’s distinct inquiries by delivering precise information and customized solutions tailored to their specific needs and interests.
• Craft business plans that align with your designated territory.
• Strategically interact with customers and business partners to uphold a high standard of customer service that reflects SailPoint’s core values.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and implement marketing strategies through/with partners and end users.
• Pursue all leads provided and ensure internal systems are kept up to date.
• Direct the appropriate technical resources to showcase SailPoint's benefits to the customer.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the post-sale team to guarantee consistent and ongoing account support, including new sales opportunities.
• Manage and oversee all facets of the sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the territory, encompassing customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
• Comprehend and articulate all product and technological strategies utilized by competitive and complementary organizations within the SailPoint market space.
• Efficiently initiate, navigate, and manage discussions at all levels of a customer’s organization, from business stakeholders to technical decision-makers.
• Leverage all channel management and reporting tools, including accurate forecasting and maintaining Salesforce hygiene.
• Preferable, but not mandatory: A Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field.
• Anticipate approximately 50 percent yearly business travel for this role.
