This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales quotas and goals.
• Generate and enhance new licensing revenue within assigned accounts and territories.
• Manage and expand existing client relationships.
• Employ solution-selling techniques and value-added, ROI-focused methodologies to market enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions.
• Create and uphold sales plans and strategies aimed at meeting annual sales objectives.
• Formulate and implement both strategic and tactical plans.
• Conduct all sales activities in alignment with Pindrop’s sales process, which encompasses opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business cases and ROI, pricing and licensing development, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Collaborate with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and prepare presentation of results.
• Maintain disciplined and precise forecasting and reporting of opportunities along with all sales activities in Salesforce.
• Acquire and assimilate industry and market insights regarding competitive landscapes, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies to effectively sell.
• Capable of presenting the complete solution and conducting product demonstrations for clients.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategic sales.
• Established track record of successful selling, business development, executive-level influence, negotiation, and outstanding communication skills.
• Proven success in closing licensing sales deals worth 7 figures or more, alongside experience in complex contract management.
• Extensive background in Account Management, enhancing existing business, and fostering relationships.
• Experience in selling complex products to executive-level buyers.
• Ability to assess a prospect's needs or challenges that can be resolved through the implementation of our product, considering their budget, timeline, and authority.
• Must be proactive in self-prospecting to build a qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR.
• Strong technological acumen and the ability to clearly articulate the solution's value proposition.
• Capable of managing multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, directing and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions.
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and product management teams, as well as experience with partners, alliances, and other internal stakeholders.
• Must possess the necessary mathematical and analytical skills required to construct a financial business case.
